On May 29, 2025, the Luoyang Municipal Bureau of Industry andInformation Technology released the list of "Top Ten Landmark High-End Equipment in Luoyang's Equipment Manufacturing Industry in 2024", and the company's product "FGM500C Rail Milling train" was included. This is another important honor the company has received after its product was recognized as the "First (Set) Major Technical Equipment of Henan Province in 2024".
The "Top Ten Landmark High-End Equipment of Luoyang's Equipment Manufacturing Industry" was launched to guide the equipment manufacturing enterprises in our city to enhance their independent innovation capabilities, focus on their advantageous fields, overcome a number of "bottleneck" technologies in key areas, develop a batch of landmark high-end equipment, and polish the "golden brand" of Luoyang manufacturing. The "FGM500C Rail Milling train" has been honored with this title，which fully demonstrates the company's scientific research strength and the innovation of its products.
The FGM500C rail milling train has achieved independent innovation and research of the core technologies for milling turnouts and mainline rails, and the core components have been fully domestically produced. The entire vehicle does not adopt a hydraulic system. Both the traction drive and the operation drive are electrically driven. The traction system is driven by a permanent magnet synchronous motor, and the efficiency is increased by more than 10%. By adopting the intelligent maintenance function, the vehicle operation data and job data can be transmitted to the user terminal, and at the same time, it enables engineers to remotely maintain and debug the operation and job functions of the vehicle. The operation quality meets the requirements of European standards, and the operation effect is excellent, comparable to the imported equipment worth hundreds of millions of yuan from abroad. At present, this product has been successfully delivered to Zhengzhou Metro Line 8 for use. The milling operation effect is good and has received unanimous praise from the customers.
